This is a beautiful marmalade to prepare - the red and gold veins of the blood oranges conjure up images of timeless Italian marble, and we are no longer in snow-bound Wales but bathed in glorious Sicilian sunshine. Gold Medal winner at 2013 Marmalade Awards and selected by Fortnum & Mason who described it as aromatic and fully fruited, best on hot buttered toast but equally good with sausages - a very discerning choice!
